★This kind is 3w ir 850nm led,can make 845-850nm and 850-855nm

★When use 700mA, call it as 3W;When use 350mA, call it as 1W

★Please don't use voltage*current=real power to show the led chip power,we call 1w or 3w,just based on the led chip current

★Also can make another kind 1W IR 850nm led,which use 30mil Epileds chip to make,price is lower than this kind

★The voltage of this kind is 1.6-2.0V, IR led chip voltage is lower than normal red color chip,please note it

★ The ligh power is 300-500mW,test on 700mA;1W IR 850nm light power is 100-200mW

★When use the led,please wear anti-static ring always,it is very important,the led is the sensitive electronic components

★The light angle is 140deg,also make 60deg,other specail 90deg,please ask at first

★ISO CE ROHS approved,other Certificate based on your demands
