★Previous version use Epileds chip to make this kind 3W high power RGB led,now we update it,use bigger size chip to make,then can get a better heat sink,but the price is same as before
★Red Green or Blue,3 chips into a led,you can custom the led place,it means you can make RGB,RBG or GRB
★Usually red chip voltage is about 2V, green and blue is 3V,please note it,when use the led, please use the suitable led power supply
★We suggest you use the constant current power supply,control the led current below 350mA for each color
★RoHs or Ce approved
★Please wear Anti-static ring when take or soldering the led onto the pcb,and you must use suitable Operating temperature,if by reflow soldering, need use 260℃/3s max,if by the heating platform,need below 360℃/3s
★After you received the led,please check them at first, if the package is well,you can use them;if the package is leaked,please bake the led at 60℃/12hours,then use them
★Please use good pcb to make sure the good heat sink
